मसाला चाय और लेमन चाय पाउडर बनाने की विधि

सब मिलाकरकूट कर रखसखती है पानी मेंचाय पत्तीडाल कर खौल आने के बाद मसाला डाले जब सब खौल जाए तब दूध डालकर फिर
उबाले छान कर पीजिये जरूर अच्छी लगेगी |

- · ४ -५ काली मिर्च
- · १नीबूं
बनाने की विधि
पहले
पानी गरम करे उसमे चाय पत्ती डाले चीनी डाले चीनी एक खौल आने के बाद
कप में छान ले ऊपर से ४-६ बूंद नीबू रस डाले इसमें पत्ती कुछ कम डालना
है चीनी कुछ ज्यादा डालना है |
क्रीम ऑफ़ पालक सूप
Ingredients
2 2 1/2 tbsp fresh cream1/2 cups chopped spinach (palak) , washed and drained
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
2 tbsp cornflour dissolved in 1/2 cup cold milk
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Method :-
1. Heat the butter in a deep non-stick kadhai, add the onions and saute on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes or till the onions turn translucent.
2. Add the spinach and saute on a medium flame for 1 minute.
3. Add 2 cups of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 5 to 7 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
4. Allow it to cool completely.
5. Once cooled, blend in a mixer to a smooth puree.
6. Strain the mixture with help of a sieve and transfer it to a kadhai.
7. Combine the cornflour-milk mixture and the cream in a bowl and mix well till no lumps remain and add it to the spinach puree and mix well. Cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
8. Add the salt and pepper, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 more minute, while stirring occasionally.
9. Serve hot garnished with cream
